As soon as council approval has been received, Classic Quarters will advise you of the construction time and this will be included in the contract.

Do we have to move out whilst works are taking place?
It is generally only necessary to move out if major renovations are required. If essential services such as kitchens and bathrooms are being renovated we will program works to suit your needs.

Yes, as per NSW Govt. requirements and regulations we are obliged to issue you with Home Owners Warranty for any work over the value of $12,000.
We will also issue our own warranty on work below $12,000.00
