Heritage listed homes are no problems for Classic Quarters Group. We have a lot of experience in blending the old with new, traditional with modern and practical with special. This home in Balmain was a heritage-listed home and the DA stipulated that we had to keep the front facade and the front rooms. This area received a thorough and careful restoration to keep within its original form while at the back of the home, you would never thought it was possible. The transformation was from a single storey home to a gloriously beautiful double storey extension with complete restoration/renovation of the existing. We love the way the front and back are so visually different but yet they blend so well as you move from room to room.
Overall this home now has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – all this and the below inclusions took 6 months to complete.
